TECHNOLOGY IMPROVE OF CARBON-BICYCLE MTB 650B RIMS

*Change the past three-pieces layup to one-piece carbon laer layup, to make the carbon fiber continuous & strongeset.

*Remove the curing carbon ring, improve the spoke hole tension and make the rim weight lighter.

*Remove the big squre hole on rim bed, and use a small round hole instead, the strength of rim is much improved.

*Change to use new layup schedule to make the carbon fiber goes smooth around corn areas, making the rims stronger.

*New manucturing process: after 8 months selling & market feedback, rims with new process are much stronger & stable.

If you want the ones in width 40mm or 45mm, we think you can contact light-bicycle.com to see if they make such widths. Maybe yes. Anyway, we don't make it yet. Sorry for that.
