Yes, we can do custom painting, but not for one frame or one pair of wheelset, because the unit cost for painting one product is rather expensive.

In most cases, it is the professional buyers who ordered to put their own logo and decoration on the frame or on the wheels, with a minimum order quantity of about 10 products.
